NOTE: One of the most common problems people have with user ID and password is that their use is case sensitive. If your user ID is "JohnDoe", you cannot enter "johndoe". If your password is "password", you cannot enter "PassWord" or "PASSWORD". Most errors occur because users don't realize their CAPS LOCK is ON.
You can retrieve your user name and password by first clicking on the Login link on the menu on the left. This dialog box will appear.
On the Login screen, click on the link below the Login button at the bottom of the login box, where it says, "Forgot your password? Click here for a reminder." This Login Reminder page will appear.
In the Reminder dialog, enter either your User ID or E-Mail address and click the Send button. In a short while you will receive an email with your User ID and Password, as you entered them during registration.
